Over the past year, we introduced our dynamic re-imagined website and intensified outreach and visibility. Now, we continue this trend with a refreshed logo and brand identity- as CTmeetings. Our goal with this refresh is to simplify our identity as a brand to CTmeetings but still keeping our company name Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau.

What this change means to us
There is no better time than the present for a fresh start with a fresh brand that is approachable, simple and modern. Our new logo and CTmeetings as a brand conveys this for us, connecting our identity with what do. Which to us means that when it comes to meetings of all types in Connecticut, let us at CTmeetings be your local expert.
We also wanted to fuse the old and the new with this updated logo. We did this by including our company name, Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau, under CTmeetings. It is important to us to establish that we are still the professional, experienced and knowledgeable Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau meetings experts. We just have an easier brand name for you to find and remember us as.
CTmeetings is more than a fresh new look, it also aligns closer to CTvisit and the Connecticut Office of Tourism brand. As the State's destination marketing organization working to bring meetings, incentives, conventions, expositions and sports event to the State of Connecticut, it is important for us to look similar and uniformly represent Connecticut.
How do you refer to us?
This update to our brand identity means you will see us named as CTmeetings with our new logo anywhere we are out in public. Our new identity is extending to our email addresses which will now be @CTmeeings.org. This also matches our website address www.CTmeetings.org and our social media handles which you've known as @CTmeetings. If you are referring to us as a company, please continue to use Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau as you will see in our Press Releases and any official documents.
