Promotion Details:
- Qualified NEW booking only for 2022 – 2024 events. Based on availability.
- Rebate valid for Min. 20, Max 500 Room nights and $2500 F&B (net), on actualized paid rooms.
- Rebate on actualized paid rooms (audited and mutually agreed by hotel)
- Credit to Master Account toward Conference expenses: Rental, F&B, Rooms, or AV; or transportation, local offsite or other CT service provider
- Rebate valid for any Connecticut hotel and can be combined with other hotel promotions
*VIP Hartford Experience: a local seasonal special event arranged for your VIP’s for CT Convention Center Bookings only, (max. 20 guests, no cash value). CT Convention Center booking must be multi-day with combined contracted minimum revenue of $35,000 (net).
- Hartford Experience event to be mutually agreed and may include tickets, private event, ground transportation, special recognition, or other.
- I.e., Sports events: Yard Goats baseball game, Wolfpack hockey, College basketball or Football,
- Arts & Culture Tours, Live Music or Off-Broadway Theater show, Adventure or Teambuilding exercise onsite or off
